We’re offering a free engagement photography session with 10 digital images 100% free!
Why are we offering this for free?
Well, we’re looking to trial some new techniques for engagement photos and want couples who would enjoy the opportunity and have a laugh.
We don’t want to be like every other photographer when it comes to engagement photos, so we would like to experiment with something new to showcase amazing couples in their best light.
Again, you’ll receive 10 digital images completely free, but you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase more photographs if you’d like, but there’s no pressure.
We’re afraid we’ll only be selecting 5 winners.

Free Engagement Session Disclaimer
By booking or participating in this free engagement session offered by Something Blue Weddings, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: This offer is available to couples aged 18 or over, residing in the UK, who are engaged to be married. Proof of engagement may be requested.
2. Limited Availability: Sessions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule sessions due to scheduling conflicts, location constraints, or other business considerations.
3. Location: The session will take place at a mutually agreed location within Cornwall and Devon UK.
4. Duration: The complimentary session includes up to 120 minutes of photography time.
5. Deliverables: Clients will receive 10 edited digital images via an online gallery. Additional images or prints may be purchased separately.
6. Usage Rights: By participating in the session, you grant Something Blue Weddings permission to use the photographs for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes (e.g., website, social media, and print materials), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. No Cash Value: This session has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
8. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to cancel the session due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Non-Transferable: The session is non-transferable and must be used by the couple who originally booked it.
10. GDPR & Data Protection:
a. Collection of Personal Data: By booking this session, you consent to Something Blue Weddings collecting and storing personal information, including names, contact details, and any other information provided for the purpose of delivering photography services.
b. Use of Personal Data: Your personal information will only be used to facilitate your session, communicate with you about bookings, and for the purpose of delivering your photos.
c. Data Retention: We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with services and fulfil legal obligations.
d. Your Rights: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, but this may affect our ability to provide the service. e. Data Security: We take the security of your data seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.
